It is
common that you may come across issues and errors while activating your Roku
streaming device. Each and every error has
a different troubleshooting step. All you need to do is to identify the type of
the error and execute the guidelines.

- Unable to connect the Roku streaming device to the Internet.

- Buffering and video loading issues.
- Not able to link the streaming device to the Roku TV.
- Roku remote not working.
- Check the wireless network settings. Always make sure you use valid credentials.
- Check the Ethernet cables , if you prefer wired connection.
- Disconnect the streaming device from the network connection and connect it back again.
- Unable to connect the device to the Roku account- Check if you use valid credentials for your roku account. If not, create a new account and start the activation process from the beginning.
- Go to Go.roku.com/hdcp, sign in and check if the credentials are working.
- Check if you have a good speed Internet connection. Reload the videos and check if the error still persist.
- Ensure you use a valid activation code. If the existing code is not working, press the star button on your remote to get a new code.
- Contact our agents to get a new code.
- Go to settings > System > System restart to restart the streaming device.
- Go to settings > System > System update to update the roku streaming device.
- Remove all the power cables attached to the device. Turn off your device and reconnect all the cables back again.
- If you have a roku remote , try replacing the roku remote with a new one.
- Check and make sure that the batteries are seated properly.
- Click on the pairing button on the remote for at least few seconds and check if the errors still persist.
